Cheval has positioned itself as a leader in the development and management of luxury serviced apartments and residences. Our ambition is to expand and grow the company utilising the power of the current customer base to refer business globally. Cheval Collection currently owns and operates a portfolio of 803 apartments across nine locations in Central London, three in Edinburgh and one in Dubai, which are well appointed within key neighbourhoods. Projects under development include a Cheval Maison scheduled to open in Dubai in early 2025 in the Expo City quarter, a further Cheval Maison scheduled to open in Glasgow in 2026 and a Cheval Residence in Riyadh in 2027.
The Cheval Collection portfolio of brands includes Cheval Residences, Cheval Maison and MY Locanda. All three brands are designed to appeal to property investors looking to stand out with a distinctive product. Cheval Collection is actively looking to manage third party assets and invest in new properties, both in the UK and overseas, that will fit within these brands and, ultimately, will result in Cheval presenting a diverse product offering in key locations around the world.
