The Cheval App is personalised to the individual guest, enabling access to booking information, the capability to check in from the app, whilst also being able to live message before and during your stay, as well as view information about your Residence and the local area.

Download the Cheval App, available on the App Store and on Google Play. With the app, you can message our concierge team directly from your apartment (or when you’re on the go), find information on local restaurants and nearby attractions, even can order items directly to your apartment.
