Cheval Collection is delighted to confirm two additional Maison projects are in development: one in Glasgow’s West Regent Street, set to open in 2026, and a Cheval Maison at Expo City in Dubai, scheduled to be completed in early 2025.

The second brand to be announced as part of the Cheval Collection portfolio, Cheval Maison offers premium apartments available for any length of stay in the heart of the neighbourhood. Cheval Maison is the smart way to stay in the city, with a selection of studio, one- and two-bedroom apartments to suit our customers’ needs and budget. The first location, Lexham Gardens by Cheval Maison opened in July 2021 in Kensington, London. The second Maison, Cheval Maison – The Palm, opened in Dubai’s famous Palm Jumeirah on the 15th of April, 2023.

Typically located just outside busy city centres, Cheval Maison properties are designed for those who prefer a more residential neighbourhood or local vibe, away from the usual tourist thoroughfares. The premium apartments are ideal as a base to get to know the area, whether it’s over an active long weekend or during an extended stay for business and leisure.
