How it works

2. Get your driver details and photo 3 days before arrival
3. The driver will meet and greet you holding a sign with your name
4. Your hotel gets notified of your arrival time. Sit back and enjoy the ride!
After the booking is completed, you will receive an automated confirmation of the booking, and within a few hours (or days, if your trip is many weeks in the future!) you will receive a comprehensive email introducing you to your driver, with all their contact information. Also, you will receive a reminder confirmation the day before you arrive. Our drivers know exactly where to find you and what to do in the event of a delayed or cancelled flight, so rest assured that everything will go according to plan.
