This rate includes daily breakfast from the set breakfast menu at Black Coffee by Café Younes, located on the ground floor, as well as a choice of lunch or dinner from the set menus, also at Black Coffee.

Terms and Conditions: The costs for breakfast, lunch or dinner are included in the final rate displayed. Children aged 6-12 are charged at 50% of the adult rate which applies to children 13 years and older. Children under the age of six eat for free. This rate is non-refundable and is pre-paid at the time of booking. Rates include VAT, a Dubai municipal fee and service charges. A Dubai city fee will also apply at a rate from AED20 per room, per night. Apartments with more than one bedroom are assessed for the city fee on a per room, per night basis. This fee is payable on arrival.
