This rate is fully refundable if cancelled at least 48 hours prior to arrival. Upon arrival we will request a copy of the credit card which was used to make the reservation, and also reserve the right to request a matching valid ID. Acceptable forms of identification are: a passport, driving licence, national ID card or police warrant card. A credit card pre-authorisation will also be taken upon check-in for any incidentals charges incurred during your stay.  The information above may be requested for each member of your party over the age of 16, and we reserve the right to refuse entry to persons who cannot provide the information set out above. On arrival, the guest will receive a voucher to the value of £100 to be used at selected Bon Vivant Group outlets. This offer is valid for one voucher per guest per 30-day period. The voucher is not transferrable and cannot be exchanged for cash equivalent.
